If we are UNABLE to recreate the custom file, we will send you an alternative or refund the order. Single sided Image will be engraved on the blank surface side. This is the side without the belt clip.

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately.
All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, or unused and in original condition. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
